    *** ****** at Vacation Owners Consulting Group was paid $4,450 in May 2021, for services to remove our ownership liability with Shell/Wyndham. *** reassured us that this is what they do and guaranteed his services. It will be 4 years in May, 2025. We continue to make monthly loan and maintenance fee payments to maintain our good credit standing. We have lost time and money in this process. Weve been working with his attorney partner, but that too has been slow going and difficult. Email has been the only way to contact the attorney, who sometimes responds to provide updates on our case. We provided the documentation needed for our case, we were diligent in following through with what needed to be done on our end to keep this case moving forward. But still no resolution. We last spoke to the attorney in June 2024. He was going to obtain copies of our remaking contracts, but we never heard back. Our recent email attempts to contact and follow-up with this attorney handling our case, was on 10/21/24, 11/7/24, 11/14/24, 12/2/24, 1/16/25, and a call on 1/17/25, with no return contact except for an automated email that he was out of the area on 11/7/24. We also made attempts to contact *** ****** of Vacation Owners Consulting Group on phone ************ and ************, on 12/18/24 and left messages to call me back, I emailed him on 1/13/25, left messages again on both numbers on 1/14/25, 1/15/25, and calls and email again on 1/16/25. Then we attempted a call on the number in his LinkedIn profile at ************, but no answer. We would like a FULL REFUND of our payment. In addition to informing us of the guarantee for services, the payment receipt and ******** profile states *********** guaranteed 100% At the time of paid services, we recall BBB rated A+ and is why we selected Vacation Owners Consulting Groups services. We see that this business is not currently rated with BBB. Please assist us with this matter. Thank you, ******** and **** *******
