I consulted with *********************************************** for Timeshare Cancellation which they are supposedly known for, and they reassured me that they would help cancel my timeshare. They wasted several months and when asked, responded saying they were waiting for information from the timeshare "developer". Eventually ****** and "***** from *** Strategy" declared that they completed all of their work and now needed another party "***** ***** from In Less Time Closings" to help transfer the deed, which was an additional cost. All of this time and money spent and my bill from the timeshare was sent to collections and there has been no transfer of ownership. And these people, who were relatively communicative prior, are no longer taking calls or returning calls. How is B&W rated A+ on BBB, because I'm confused.Business Response

The only phone call I have received from this client was 4 hours ago, and she didn't leave a message. I phoned the client, and we spoke.

Ms. ***** called me on 1/9/24 to discuss my concerns and stated she would take care of the issue. That was the last correspondence since. I will wait to Accept the business' offer until I have seen sufficient efforts to resolve the problem.Business Response

Good afternoon,
I spoke to ********* on the Wed the 16th of April, after I spoke to the BBB. At that time, I asked her to I please remove the complaint. She said she wouldnt remove it, apparently, she wants a document from the company that completed the cancellation of the Mexican timeshare. I reached out to them and once again confirmed that she no longer owns a timeshare. The cancellation was completed, and they agreed to provide a letter/document for her in the upcoming weeks. I phoned her again today but went to voicemail. I sent an email stating the above and she will be receiving a letter from them.

Ms. ***** spoke to me on 4/16/25 and asked me to withdraw my complaint against her business. The complaint was initially created because I received a collections notice from the Mexican timeshare on 10/29/24, AFTER I had been told my contract was cancelled by one of Ms. ******* coworkers via email (***** of MTE Strategy on 8/2/24) with no official document. After my BBB complaint, another of her coworkers, ***** *****, of In Less Time Closings stated he was working with the ****************** and would send over a final notice of cancellation. I first spoke to him on Jan. 23, 2025 after my BBB complaint. If I were out of my contract, why have I not received proper, official documentation to say so since then? I don't think what I'm asking for is too much. Last I spoke with ***** ***** on 4/18/25, he said he would send the documentation by that evening. I still have yet to receive it. I texted him this morning, and he has yet another excuse for why it has not been done and a vague answer as to when it will be done. Why would I close this complaint prematurely, when nothing I have seen has instilled any trust in the completion of this process? When I receive the documents I have been patiently waiting for, and they can be verified, we can consider this resolved.Business Response

********* has been working directly with *****:
I received an email from ********* this morning,
Good Morning ******,
I spoke with ***** yesterday and will remove the complaint, but I need you to reply so that I can have a chance to reply again and close the case. I cannot do so without you sending it back to me. Thanks.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

5/2/2023 paid $5,000.00 to *********************** of Bishop and Waters Consulting, **** weight ******************************************* phone ************ to process deed back for ************** timeshare, this has not been accomplished to date, 12/19/2023.Business Response
Date: 12/25/2023
Her complaint states that the deed back to ************** timeshare has not been "accomplished to date, 2023. This is solely due to inaction on her part.
The following day after receiving payment her file was sent to the attorney as her and I discussed. The documents from the law office were sent to her within 48 hours. These documents needed to be signed, notarized and sent back to the law firm. one of the documents she signed was the Scope of Services Attorney Retainer and it clearly states that the process can take from ***** months and in some cases 24 months. As I understand it the attorney worked out a settlement with the Developer - ************** for her to be free of her timeshare back in September of this year, which is what she hired me for. The next thing I know is on December 19th I have a BBB complaint with no prior communication from *************
I reached out to **************** phone on 12/21/23 went to voice mail, I left a message for her to call me.
I sent her a txt message after I left the message, and she texted me back saying she was at work, and we will have to speak another time.
I sent her another txt messaged:" "******, I'm trying to find out what happened."
There has been no response.
I find it odd that I did exactly. what I said I would do (verbally & in writing) and 3 months after she could have been out of her timeshare (*******) she then states as indicated in the co9mplaint (December) that she wants a refund

I am not sure where the disconnect happened, but this issue has not been resolved. I have had to hire another law firm and this costs additional monies.
This company referred me to a law firm that has not done anything except call after I submitted complaint that ultimately caused another year of maintenance charges due to their lack of attention.

******,
You were very much aware of the law firm prior to signing the service agreement, as I walked you though their website, answered all your questions and you had days to do your research. You were sent an entire package of documents to review, sign and have notarized. You were given an opportunity in September to exit the timeshare and you did not accept the offer and have refused to speak with anyone. You now say that this has cost you another years maintenance fee. I agree but this is totally due to your inaction. We are still ready, willing, and able to help you provided you speak with us. You have now hired a firm to do something that was already done?
