    bought item 3/7/24 for $409.99. never received. company refuses to answer calls or call me back. said i would get by 3/12/24 but company asked *** to return item on 3/14/24. I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. COMPANY IS RUDE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH. THE FEW CHATS AND EMAILS THAT THEY SENT WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND TO DATE NO WORD ON MY RETURN $.

    Customer called *** to have item held at a ship station for pick up. ******** then called in saying he was due a refund because his item did not show up in time. This makes no sense whatsoever and after providing him with tracking and asking him why he was asking for a refund when trying to have his item picked up for delivery customer called in multiple times swearing and calling names demanding to speak with a manager. ******** said he is returning the device and is calling his bank and filing a chargeback.

    That is false information given by to the cloud vapor.  This could have all been easily avoided. All I wanted initally is to speak to someone in charge. I even told him I want a return but mite keep the item once I spoke to a supervisor. I sent text and an email on (Sent: Wednesday, March 13, 2024 9:20 PM) asking for a supervisor to call regarding these shipping issues. Nobody replied. Their site says under contact us   chat-text-call-email. Here is the link *******************************************************; Yet nobody replied to my texts.  When you voicecall u get a message that says texting doesn't work. SO WHY DOES THE WEBSITE SAY IT HAS TEXTING AND WASTE UR TIME!  And they never answer or return voice calls or voicemails.  WORST OF ALL ***** LIED ON THE **** AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL WITHIN 2 HOURS AND NOBODY CALLED.  Clearly this guy was just messing with me and purposefully trying to aggravate me. Who ever owns the company lost $409.99 on this purchase ( that's if i ever get a refund) and probably not aware it's due to an unethical employee.  Finally, and worst of all, they emailed me to return the device.  Here is the email proof below from to the could vapor  at 03/14/2024 at 1:48 pm saying I should return the item. Well I drove 30 minutes to the *** distribution site to pick up the item and they said they had the item but couldn't return it because the sender requested back.
