Deceptive and unprofessional business practices. They cancelled my order claiming that I have already received a discount when this was my very first purchase ever. It's evident they try to get out of giving people discounts any chance they get even going as far as lying. Very embarrassing for a company to be cheap about selling products.

They use deceptive sales tactics to get you to subscribe. The website is hard to navigate and continously pushes other products with goal of added subscriptions. The price gap between the subscription price and non subscription costs are too big to be make sense. If you already have room to offer such a discount for a subscription and still be profitable the full price one time buy should be much closer to the subscription rate. If you do subscribe and decide to cancel- they offered a discount to keep you on which they don't tell you applies to the subscription price plus shipping and tax- nets out so there is no savings at all. BTW they use some Amazon network for their shipping that is somehow way slower than ***** It's really a shame because I like the products but they need to have a better approach on their sales front like bulletproof.com- I won't be purchasing anything else in the future unless something drastically changes.
