I am writing this review to share the distressing experience Ive had with The Good for *** From the moment they installed a water system in my home, the process has been marked by negligence, poor customer service, and what I believe to be deliberate deception. They failed to conduct basic checks to ensure the system was appropriate or functioning. Instead, they installed a system that was doomed to fail from the start.I trusted their expertise, but they failed to address my water issues. The system was completely mismatched to my needs. Essential steps were skipped, leaving me frustrated and out thousands of dollars. After installation, they demanded additional payments for fixes and upgrades, even though they were responsible for the original mistakes. During these exchanges, their representatives were dismissive and emotionally manipulative, using bullying tactics to pressure me into spending more money. Their treatment has been abusive and emotionally draining. When issues persisted, I hired an independent expert, who confirmed that TheGodofOrco installed an unsuitable system. The test revealed no iron in the water, contradicting their claim that I needed an iron filter. Instead, the water contained 1.0 ppm of sulfur, requiring an aerator system they neither installed nor recommended. The treated water was nearly identical to the raw well water, proving their system was ineffective. The expert also pointed out that their decision to install a softener firstwithout addressing sulfurwas fundamentally flawed and showed a lack of understanding.I feel scammed. TheGood for co took my trust, money, and peace of mind. They knowingly installed a system that wouldnt solve my issues, while making additional financial demands and offering no real solutions. Their negligence and manipulative tactics caused me significant emotional and financial stress.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS They also claim to be A+ rating from the BBB as well. SCAMMMERS
