      Before jenny bankruptcy I was a life long member I normally diet every spring to lose the winter weight. I was so happy see jcraig back in business online. They sent me a flyer. I called to inquire about their menus. I was promised the food is the exact recipes from jenny made by the same manufacturer .I am on my 3rd day of the 1st menu and I'm here to tell you this is not jenny food. This is nutrisystem food and is awlful. I received my 1st 2 weeks but paid for 8 weeks. I hope I have no problem getting my money refunded after I cancel tomorrow. These people lied to me. False advertising as well. I am very familiar with the jenny food after 20 years. They can't lie to me about the taste. Nothing like jenny! It is awlful. Stay away. Unless you like the nutrisystem food. Because that's what it iis with just the jenny name on the box. The portions shrunk in half as well.

      The food I got was expired. I called to get replacements and they sent me food from nutrisystem. My next Auto Delivery order charged me shipping, when I sugned up was supposed to be free.shipping. The customer service reps were unhelpful and confused me with another customer.

      I called 5 days before my next shipment to cancel my membership and to receive a refund due to a medical condition related to the food. Despite several attempts to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was denied a refund or response.

      Food is good but the new online Jenny Craig ships food in ******************** containers. There is a ******** law that went into effect 1/1/22 that I believe prohibits the use of EPS. The nearest EPS recycling plant is 70 miles away in **. They should be using cardboard like NutriSystem.

      Be VERY WARY of JC online. I had an order coming and asked to cancel. I was given a confirmation number and told that they would not collect. THEY DID. I called back and got out on hold and repeatedly transferred and told someone higher up would contact me but they didnt. Very confusing price tiering system that becomes more expensive the longer you are on it.

      Hard to get a hold of to solve issue. Can't control what you want to order and when you need to order. They are unorganized. They need to update the ******** systems. poorly run
