    tacted ****** to fix my front gate and create a matching gate for my side yard. On Feb 28, 2025 ****** stopped by my house, took measurements and sent me a quote for $3,900. I told him Id need to see the drawings of the gate before moving forward. On March 1, 2025 ****** sent a picture of my yard with some red squares written on it. I requested a more detailed, official rendering of the gate before moving forward.On March 2, 2025 ****** sent a hand drawn gate that I was okay with. He requested 1/2 of the money upfront and said it would take 3 weeks to complete the gates. I let him know I needed them done before my birthday of ********** and he said he would definitely be finished. Not only was the gate not finished on time, it looked nothing like the pictures or what discussed. I let him know that I was unhappy with the gate because it was too tall and didnt even extend to the wall. It has a big gap that looked unfinished. He said if I plant some bushes, they will eventually grow tall enough to fill in the gap. He said he would fix the gate but he needed the me to submit the final payment so he could pay his workers. He promised to come back to fix the gate and even stopped by to show me how he would fix it. However, he hasnt returned to finish the gate. I keep calling and he keeps giving me days hes going to come but he never shows up or even calls. This has been going on almost weekly since April and it is now June 3, 2025. I need help getting this contractor to show up and finish my gate because neither my husband or I can get him to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,****** ********
