Received damaged bike with a badly damaged box 4/29/24. ***** even marked it damaged. He even opened it up with me and seen the damages. Bikesonline will not respond in a timely manner and will not send me a shipping label to send back. Been days here waiting on them and no response. And You Will Not get your refund on shipping. What a waste of my time. Should of bought my bike at a local bike shop.

Since bikesonline.com won't post user reviews to their website other than 5 stars i will try to warn people here. Their warranty service is a complete joke. Brand new bike has an issue and they try to make you go away by throwing a few bucks to you to have a bike shop cover the problem up. My rear hub is BAD and they wanted to have a local bike shop grease it for me. Local bike shop advised against this and told me that the money they offered won't cover the work anyways. I wasted a month trying to deal with this before finally getting offered a replacement wheel. I was told I have to wait, I waited two months which is around the maximum time they told me it would take. I then emailed them asking for an update and the response I got was, they expect it in a month but don't actually have an ETA. Absolutely ridiculous that I am making payments on a bike that I can't even ride and bikesonline doesn't even seem to care enough to make an effort to track the part down. Buyer beware.!

SCAM Alert. Despite the fact that they claim Free 14-Day Bike Returns on their website, this is not the case. I bought a brand-new bike, and it came defective. I unpacked and inspected the bike and it had a problem with the shift, and the chain was making a loud clicking noise. I opened a ticket the same day the bike was delivered. The bike was never ridden. In an immediate response, they refused to accept the bike back. The YouTubers who claim this is a great company probably receive their bikes for free.Just ****** for this company, and you will find other buyers that after they returned their bike, they are still got charged more than $100 for shipping. ****** the Free 14-Day Bike returns IS NOT FREE.

I purchased 2 bikes from this website. I purchased the bike 7 days ago. The price of the bike went down for Black Friday. I e-mailed the company about the price difference and got NO RESPONSE. I called the company and they told me that the Black Friday sale is a "one-offs" sale and that they will not reimburse the difference. I will have to return the bike and buy the same ********** to get the new sale price (huh?? does this make sense??). Their website link on returns and exchanges states:"We get it, we all love to find deals and save money that's why we have a Post Sale Guarantee! If an item goes on sale within 14 days from the day you purchased, let us know and well issue the difference as Bikes Online store credit, no questions asked."Not to mention, the bike has a bent disc brake, loose bottom bracket, and non-functional seat raiser. Stay away from this company. I am an avid cyclist and this is a horrible customer care experience and product is sent with need of repair to be useable.

I ordered a bike for my wife that cost around $1,800. When the bike arrived it was not as specified on their site and had a ***** it the rear shock that dug into the metal. When I contacted them about the issues they gave me 2 options: one option was to remove the rear shock, send it to them, and wait 3-6 months for a new one and the second option was to pack the bike up, send it back to them, and hope the replacement was as specified and undamaged. We were not able to come to a resolution. All it took was to let my wife ride the damaged shock while awaiting the replacement and send me the part that matched the specification on there website. But instead, they insisted on my wife being without a bike longer. I guess I expected too much from an online store. Ill never order from them again.
