    On June 10, I ordered (#*****) a 10oz Teema mug in white. On the same day, I ordered an alarm clock that was shipped immediately. The Teema mug was not shipped and I only received confirmation of the order.On July 25, after emailing and voicemailing several times, I finally connected with a person by phone. We agreed to cancel my original order and I made an NEW order (#*****) for the 13oz Teema mug in white. My card was refunded for the old order and payment was issued for the new order on that same day.It has been several weeks and I have still not received shipping notification (even though I was told the item was in stock).I would like the order for the 13oz Teema mug to be fulfilled OR I would like the order to be canceled and reimbursed so I can purchase it elsewhere.I have left several voicemail and email messages AGAIN, and have received no followup phone calls or emails.Please help.

    I ordered a lamp on their website (Fjorn Scandinavian) over a month ago 11/23/23 and have sent multiple follow up emails about my order and when it will be shipped. After 4 emails and over a month later I've still heard no response. I've also tried to contact them through their instagram with no response. I don't even care about the item being shipped anymore I just want my money back.

    First of all, the back order has been cancelled and your card was refunded $242.40 January 3rd when you let us know you did not want to wait for the item to arrive back in stock from *******.
