    My name is ***, and I am writing to you regarding an issue I have been facing in relation to a recent stay at the Hyatt Carmel Highlands.I made a reservation under my name, with a check-in date of December 9, and a check-out date of December 10, 2023. Upon checking out, I settled the remaining balance and deposits using a Hyatt Gift card. I was informed that the deposit, initially paid by my credit card, would be refunded back to my credit card. Regrettably, it has been almost three months since my check-out, and despite numerous attempts to follow up on the refund, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, I have not received any resolution. The hotel assured me that the refund was processed, but it has not reflected in my credit card statement, and no check has been received. My frustration has escalated as my recent attempts to contact the hotel through calls and emails have been ignored entirely. Unfortunately, due to the one-year timeframe, my credit card company cannot dispute the charge. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can provide assistance or guidance on how to proceed. I have exhausted all available options and am seeking a resolution to this matter. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
