    ********************************* the owner to several rental properties throughout the Sacramento Valley. He is a fraud/scam. He overcharges for rental properties. Do not abide by the rental agreements. He tried to charge me from the day I signed the lease not the day I received the rental property keys. That is fraudulent. He will never provide utility bills that you pay for. He will ignore all emails concerns/requests. He do not maintain the properties. He do not have legitimate maintenance workers. He will send random people over to do him "favors" to fix your maintenance requests. This owner need to be investigated for his fraudulent practices.
