  At my granddaughters Quinceera Party at ****** Pavillion in ******** this security company services were employed to provide a safe and friendly atmosphere. Both security personnel maintained dour if not hostile continences the entirety of the evening. To make matters worse at the very end of my cousin in laws rant while my adult daughter was speaking with him getting him to calm down she was ****** sprayed from her head to her waist and when my 20 y.o. grandson yelled at the person demanding to know why he sprayed her like a coward delivering a sucker punch, he sprayed him from the head to to. Not 1 attempt was made at determine the cause of the trouble nor to de-escalate the situation. But instead to actually escalate and heighten the already bad situation of a drunken rant that had no threat of violence nor of any physicality association. This was by far the worst security detail I have ever had the misfortune of employing.I would expect partial return of funds paid. And as they demanded cash payment I demand $180. in cash returned to me for my children's pain and suffering at having been maced while trying to deescalate a problem that was created by Brotherhood Pretiction Services headed by Capt *************************

  My name is Captain ** with Brotherhood Protective Solution. The incident in question happened at the end of the Quinceanera. I was (1) of the officers on duty that night. The incident in question started with a drunken male being asked to leave the Quinceanera by the mother of the girl who was being celebrated. Once I approached the gentleman, he immediately tried to attack me. (2) male family members grabbed the gentleman and walked him outside. Once outside, the gentleman then turned and ran to tried to attack me for a second time, when I then pepper sprayed him. The gentleman's son immediately tried to attack me when I pepper sprayed him. Because my back was to the door, I had to walk back inside the building, where I had another young man starting to approach me in an aggressive manner. Be advised that the *** word was being yelled at me, so I couldn't tell if he was trying to attack me or not, so I pepper sprayed him as well. In the process, a few people got sprayed by being too close to the situation. I HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF AGAINST ANY ATTACKS. There are cameras and witnesses to support my claims, including the bartender who was present. The Quinceanera was from 5pm-11pm, and the incident happened at 10:45pm. There were no problems prior to that incident. I stand by my actions. I will not allow someone to do harm to me or my officers, and I DEFINITELY feared for my safety prior to the situation that led to me having to deploy my pepper spray.

  I am rejecting this response because: He pepper sprayed the Mother of the girl being celebrated and her brother AFTER  the situation had been resolved.  The person he says approached aggressively is my grandson, the brother of the girl being celebrated and the son of the mother he pepper sprayed as she was talking to the drunk OUTSIDE of the venue asking him to calm down. His fear for his safety is imaginary as my daughter was facing the "Drunk" and the security person sprayed her on her left side, directly in her ear and then into her face as she turned to see what was happening.. He was ****** aggresive and I would LOVE to review the camera footage!
