    A natural gas leak was discovered at my property and after a refusal to have licensed contractors make necessary repairs to make the property habitable and safe for my family, they served us with an eviction notice. There has been no due process in the courts and the discontinuance of my utilities is a self-service method of eviction which is illegal in Illinois. As confirmed on multiple dates by the Illinois Department of Public Health, this mobile home community has no license to operate, collect rents or legally evict any tenant.

    I sold my trailer that was on their property. On September 22, 2022, the manager applied for my security deposit and unused lot rent every week it is just another excuse. The phone number I was provided seems to be incorrect. Under Ky law they have 30 days to return my money. Their manager seems to be untrained, and the company cannot be contacted with the information I was provided. I want my money back so that I can move past this nightmare I unknowingly walked into.

    Mobile home was to be renovated and new appliances installed. Numerous times I was informed the unit was inspected and ready for habitation. Each time the unit was found to be in need of substantial repair. I read repeatedly lied to in regard to the repairs made and status of the unit. I was told the contact was in error and I had to sign a new contract and provide another check to get the title work completed. The copy of the contract with errors notated and the new copy was never provided. I refused to give them a second check. The unit has mold in it, numerous structural and plumbing leaks. Flooring coming up now in a second area. Huge area already had to be replaced. Water heater is improperly installed. The unit is a rotting health and safety hazard. I need help. Please. The newest (4th) Manager since May 2022, called and yelled at me that nothing will stand up in court and now they are demanding I pay lot rent for a rotting wreck that i has not even been moved into on top of everything else. They say they had a HUD inspection 8 days after the initial one stating it was uninhabitable. Please help. I have emails and texts available as well.
