    I guess since you guys have large accounts like in n out and Tommy's that the businesses that helped build your brand over the past 50 years don't matter anymore. Super unprofessional company now. I let the sales department know, Nelda, I am a franchiser and speaking on behalf of the franchisee locations and the driver they gave me has not been good at delivering our bread order and says he ran out of bread. She ask me for the drivers name and company. I told her I don't remember his name and would have to ask my franchise location for it. Why was knowing his name going to help the situation. I told her the area and she gave me the names of the 3 companies that work the area but she refused to give me their contact. She could care less and kept insisting I give the drivers name and what company he worked for. The sales manager is rude and had an attitude rushing me off the phone. Then asked for my name and number for another sales rep to call me. All I wanted was the names and number of their distributors to call on my own and now I have to wait on a call back when she knows the information as she at least gave me the names of the distributors. She wasn't even patient enough to wait for me to get the drivers name and company information rushing me off the phone. He finally got back to me after she hung up with his information. I want to know how you earn business with this type of behavior?
