On June 10th 2023 I arrived at this shop for a 4 wheel alignment. During the process the mechanic proceeded to tell me I needed other operations and provided a quote for an alignment, repl of rear shocks, front struts and tire sensor for $1246 (I have a photo of the quote). He then showed me a laminated cost list that included a oil change and other operations including an alignment and stated he will only charge me $2000 which I agreed. I left my vehicle there as he stated it will be done by end of day. I signed up for financial assistance for the cost and left the shop around 2pm with nothing started on my vehicle. The shop calls me at 4pm stating they need 1 more day for the service, I ageed. Sunday comes and I am calling the shop over and over, come to find out its closed. ******* the manager contacts me Monday 6/12 at 815am stating my vehicle will be ready at 11am which surprised me because of all the operations needed to be done in such a short amnt of time not to mention I had to find a ride to work and ask someone to pick up my vehicle for me before they close as I also get off at 5pm. on 6/12 My mother in law picks up the vehicle around 230pm and calls me that the tire sensor light is still on along with other dash indicators. She contacts the shop about the concerns and was told to drive it for 15 miles and the tire pressure will regulate. Once I see the vehicle, all dash indicators are on. I call the shop over and over around 545pm and not one answered call.Today, Tues 6/13 I contact them around 815am, I asked to speak to the manager which I was informed is ******* who initially quoted and helped me. I explained I was upset and that my vehicle was not properly serviced. He went on to say to bring it back and he will take care of it and that since the mechanic stated it was ready is why he contacted me to also let me know the vehicle is ready. I also spoke to the finance company and the inv the shop provide is not the same one i received upon pickup. I was charged for operations not done and quote incorrectly. The amnts quotes is not the amnts given to the finance company or the inv i received upon pick up. The financing companies inv has multiple lines for an alignment and my invoice has a higher price then quoted. I was also quoted for a tire sensor replment and was submitted to the finance company however not on my invoice given to me. I requested the alignment specs and part numbers order from the shop and have yet to received anything. lastly, I am a single mother with only 1 vehicle to transport my child and I. I decided to go to a shop in the city I grew up in to support local businesses as I know times are hard. I had no issues paying however I cannot pay for operations not done. Another mechanic also checked some operations done and stated it may have not been done, specifically all the fluids and filters noted on my invoice. please help. thank you for you time.
