  This company patched, stuccoed, and painted our house. They did a great job. The project manager *****, checked on the work daily to make sure the worker was doing the job correctly. There was only one man doing the job, not sure what his name was. But he worked very hard to make sure it was done the way they told us it would be. We are very happy with how it turned out. You get what you pay for. Quality cost!! ******* **********.

  Stay away from this peace of ************ they never finish the job on my house and I ended up paying interest for the whole job when the work they did it was $15,300 and I ended up paying interest for $20,300. Becarefull I was told that I was going to pay no interest and no payments for a year.

  This company uses predatory sales tactics on the elderly. They would not leave my mother's home even though a relative pled with them to leave. My mother is a 95-year-old widow, nearly blind with other health problems, and easy to take advantage of. They bullied her until she entered into two very high-interest rate contracts for home repairs. She lives on social security only and our family has been turned upside down over this trauma. Further, they did not provide her with a copy of the contracts she entered into, which is against CSLB rules. Few elderly people check websites or Yelp for referrals, which makes them easy prey, and that is who they go after. If you are reading this, don't enter into agreements with Ocean Exteriors, and let your friends and family know.

  They scam the elderly, if you have any foresight and are reading this prior to signing any contract work, PLEASE STAY AWAY. This business implements predatory sales tactics and exclusively goes after senior citizens and women. Had a senior citizen get charged 50k for a roof replacement on a single story home, absolutely disgusting and they will be taken down. The only reason they have any good reviews is because they are obvious bots spamming here. Again stay away from any of their work it all begins with their UNLICENSED sales persons and all the contractors they work with.

  Placed request on Nextdoor, a neighborhood app, for estimates on painting wrought iron gates & railing. **** contacted me through the app, saying he could do it & made a 10am apt for a quote the next day. Asked me if "************ " would be there, I said irrelevant since not married. He never said he was sending a company or that he was not coming. 2 men from Ocean Exteriors showed up at 10 the next day for "stucco and trim appointment."" Told told them it wasn't for that it was for the painting of the gates and rails. Instead, they tried to upsell me into purchasing gutters and that they would throw in the painting for free. I was also looking for gutters, so I decided to listen. After talking, they said they would come back in 1 hour with some ladders to do some measurements and then get back to me with a quote - they never showed up or contacted me. I had contacted ****, explained my frustration that they never showed up or contacted me , and he said it was because my husband wasn't there! WHAT? Never said I was married, he assumed, and then basically said a woman shouldn't make a decision without their husband. This is sexist and discriminatory. Told him I would not do business with Ocean Exteriors. Now, 2 days later, two other men showed up from Ocean Exteriors saying they had 10 am appointment, and I had no apt. They wanted to talk about the gutters. Told them wasn't doing business with them. Take a look at their Yelp reviews, very poor, 2.1 stars, however, on their website and ****** over 4, but recently very poor. I think many positive ones are planted . Wouldn't ever do business with a sexist company.

  Poor quality of material and work. Had them paint the exterior of my home paint cracked, stained, missing spots, and discoloration within 3 months of completion. They came out again to fix it but painted one side of the house a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT color and patched another section of the house as well, which is extremely noticeable.

  We used them for two different jobs (paint & roof) and I feel a bit scammed. The roofers bent one of our pergola beams and all we got was "SORRY for that" (we paid for the repair out of pocket). Found out a week after the roof was installed that the roofers didn't even bother to reconnect the furnace exhaust properly (because they were unable to) so the exhaust was going into the attic. When we called to asked them to come fix that problem, it took several phones calls before they figured it was something important that needed to be addressed. When we initially called the sales person to report the exhaust issue, he had the audacity to ask if they even did the job for us (keep in mind this is the same person who "reviewed" the work of the installers and said everything was good to go. We are still waiting for someone from the company to schedule a time to have the paint repaired that the roofers damaged as well. I guess this is something that we will need to do ourselves since no one wants to call us back. Please do not use these people. And they will pressure you to accept their "deals" when you can get the same work done for less.

  This company attempted to scam me in late July. Two guys door knocked in the morning one day, asked if I had any work coming up, I said yes. A simple, straightforward home improvement. They were infatuated with knowing if I was married or single. Like I was asked 12 times and then treated as if I was lying. I dont know, I let it go & set up an appointment later that day at 3. They assured me Id get a same day quote, right on site. Later a guy shows up & tries to come in my house. Im like no, Ill join you outside. He says hes waiting for his partner. I told him no worries & measured the area myself. Gave him the ************ was like okay, what else can we do here? I told him thats all I need. He then tried to upscale the material and design of my simple project. I said no, Im good, I want it to match the rest of my home to which he replied okay, so just the cheapest thing possible Lol, wow dude, I was upfront from the door knock I had a simple project, no need to be rude. He then stepped aside & called it in, talked to whoever I overheard him say yeah were not going to get herWhen he got off the phone, he say he needed to wait for his partner, 10min later the guys comes, attempts to upsell me again, & I was like, I just have the one job right now. They step aside for a sidebar, again, words along the lines of it not gonna happen here, very suspicious. Then they say oh we dont have a quote right now, well call you in an hour. No call the rest of the day. Called the door knockers phone the next morning & was like whats up? I got no on site quote. your guys did not do what you said theyd do. He said oh sorry, let me look into it Ill call you back. Called me back an hour later with NO QUOTE & said okay, I reached out to the team, Ill figure this out.Seems sketchy. Makin sure Im single, insisting on entering my home, weird side conversations, no quote in the end.Additionally, they have many complaints against them.Watch out for these guys.

  Ocean exteriors painted the front of my home and did a great job. The gentleman who came originally were very nice and the workers were very nice and professional. I look forward to doing more work with them in the future.

  Ocean exteriors install my flooring a couple years ago was fine when we started to buckle a little bit. We called them for a service and they came out and replaced the old boards with new ones. Very happy with the work.
