    On march 18th 2025 me and 6 family members decided to go to the go cart world as a get away but had an awful experience my parents came to visit from ***** to get treated unfairly after we paid an massive amount of money to get on the rides but yet was denied service my kids was not able to get on the rides and enjoy their self do to some people being rasis towards her no human being should never experience such a bad and nasty behavior from people you think suppose to be there and supporttive instead of fixing the situation the supervisor did nothing about and I want someone to be held accountable for their actions spent around $225 money that couldve been spent in a well manner way

    Go Kart World is open 365 days per year, closing only for rain. We serve many people every single day. Without more information, it is impossible to know what happened in this case. However, certain things are known. Most importantly, the accusation of racism is ridiculous. Ninety percent of Go Kart World's staff are minorities. All of our managers are minorities. They would be surprised to know they were being accused of racism. It says the customer's children were denied access to a track. We have six tracks and each has different driving requirements which are strictly respected because they involve safety. If they raced on a track and were misbehaving, they will not be allowed to race again which isn't racism but rather for the safety of everyone racing. Customers who treat go karts like Bumper cars endanger everyone on the track, including themselves. Go Kart World has an excellent record for safety and that comes from being strict. That said, we do not eject someone from a track without several warnings. We've been open to the public and serving all segments of society for over thirty years. We have a duty to keep people safe and we take that duty seriously, which is why we have such an amazing record for safety. Finally, even in those cases where customers are ejected from tracks for driving recklessly, they will always be refunded unless the customer becomes threatening in which case, the police will be called. Our young staff deserves to be safe at their job.
