    Date of purchase 12/12/22 On their website they state they are a ** company based in ********** but they are not. Before placing my order i asked them if they had a domestic return shipping address and they said yes. And also state on their website returns are hassle free. I placed my order and was appalled by the clothing i received. Not only is the quality horrific, the items I received look entirely different. I have written their customer service numerous times and they are refusing to give me a domestic return address and are trying to force me to return to ***** and me to pay an extremely expensive return shipping fee which would leave me with no refund money after the cost they quoted. I have numerous emails i have sent to them and they have stopped responding and will not provide me a return address. I have started a dispute for the charge with my bank as well.     Last October 1, I have ordered a dress on their website Order*********...I received the dress timely but it was very much different from its original photo on their website. This company keeps offering me discounts after discounts without sending me the right dress... they've offered refund just $20.. I told them that if they can send me the right the dress I won't need a refund but all they offer is a max refund of $20 and a discounts on their website... they never mentioned if they're going to send the right dress that is on their website..
