  Presidential drain and plumbing was a company that was assigned to me through ************** Home warranty, after I submitted a claim for my water heater, and also a leaky faucet. After reading the companies poor reviews, I expressed my concern to ****, but was assured that they were the best plumbing company they had contracted. When **** from presidential came to check on the water heater, he explained that there were some modifications that would not be covered with my home warranty, which included changing the existing gas line because of the length and causing difficulty to remove the water heater which would need to be replaced. A few days later, a different technician came to service my water heater and changed it out with a new one. The technician left, and left behind a mess which he didnt bother to clean up and also broke off some of the plaster on the wall when he removed the old water heater. A few hours later that same day, **** came by to service my leaky faucet. When he arrived, he mentioned that the gas line had not been changed, and rather the previous technician just replaced the same gas line, although I had already paid for this to be changed upon the initial visit with ****. When I asked him if it was truly necessary to change, he said yes and didnt give any further explanation and went ahead and changed it. When I tried calling presidential plumbing a day later to discuss this, I got the voicemail machine and to this day have not received a call back. I also spoke with the home warranty and expressed my disappointment with the plumbing company, as if it wasnt for **** coming by to service my faucet, I would have never had the gas line changed despite already having paid for it prior. I am disappointed in both companies in the lack of integrity and poor communication. In my opinion, they charged for something that may not have been changed if it wasnt for the second visit.

  **** of president ******************** is 100% scamming the home warranty system. He takes the job, show up, say they can't fix it and leave. He has done it to me twice. The other time First American home warranty sent a different plumber ( eager compass ********************) he fixed everything and was so kind and took his time! This *************** likes to show up for the co-pay $85 fee we pay and do absolutely nothing. It's very frustrating and disappointing.They collect their service fee and keep it moving. I'm convinced Presidential Plumbing has zero intention of ever fixing our issues (He has done it to our house twice!). The plumber who I eventually had fix our issue said he used to work for a company who instructed their plumbers to do exactly that... show up, say you can't fix it and leave.Do yourself a favor and if this company is assigned to your claim, request someone else immediately. Eager compass ******************** actually fixed things if you have to use American home warranty.
