    Direct Sales Floors has one of the worst post sales support I ever experienced. They installed *************************** blinds in our house. However three of them broke. I reached out to them to Apr/23 through email and followed up a couple times. No Response. I gave up and eventually another blind also broke. This time I called them 3 times before someone picked the call. They took my complaint and promised to call back - no call back. I had to call back again and repeat the complaint again. They said they will look into it and after 3 days the owner (***) called up and asked me to send videos. I promptly sent them the same day. Again no response for days. Had to keep following up. It is such a poor experience.
