    5/01/2024 The sale manager quoted it would will be $380 to put on the catalytic converter .Then he changer the price after he took it apart on the lift. Five hundred and fifty. I *********************** stater to him put it back together he said ok you still have to pay for three hour .I said that is find put it back and he said i will give it to you for Four hundred. I told my son who was with the car at the time of service and he changer my son five hundred dolls.

    CUSTOMER CALL OVER THE ***** FOR A PILIMARY ESTIMATE CUSTOMER GAVE INFORMATION ON VECHILE FOR ESTIMATE. WHEN VECHILE CAME IN VECHILE ENGINE SIZE WAS DIFFERENT TO THE ENGINE SIZE SHE HAD FIRST CALL ON SO TIMES CHANGE TO REPLACE CATALYTIC CONVERTER IT WAS A 3 HOUR DIFFERENCES CUSTOMER HAD HER SON DRIVE IT IN AND I TOLD HER SON AND SON GAVE PERMISSION TO CONTINUE WITH THE REAPIR EVEN AFTER I TOLD HIM THE REPAIR WOULD COST MORE SON TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF MOM BUT MOM WAS NOT AVALIBLE TO HE GAVE THE OK TO REPLACE CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND AT THAT I STILL GAVE CUSTOMER A $300 DISCOUNT CONTACT US FOR ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. ************
