    I joined Planet fitness almost 3 yrs ago in Hesperia Ca right after i joined i had major health problems also being a disabled Veteran i was unable to use my monthly membership and with the start of covid was unable to Go Into the Gym they refused to stop my recurring payment draw from my account mind you you spoke with Sara the manager on Several occasions and was told i couldn't be helped unless i came in to cancel. I moved to Palm Springs and for almost a year the payments stopped being pulled I thought they finally got the clue. No about 11 months ago it started again even calls to billing department falls on deaf ears they can see in there computer i have not one time checked in to there gyms they have taken several hjndreds of dollars a many overdrafts have occurred with no resolve
