    I have been a customer with ******************** Farm Phil Goodge in ************** ********** For more than 20 yrs I'm a client that pays on time dont have DUIs or any tickets I did however call and discussed the reason they keep going up on my bill and was told because I drove ***** miles during the past year I disagreed and and was irritated and let them know I was, I did not threaten anyone or cuss them out but I told them I strongly disagree I hung up I then thought maybe I was a little hard on the agent and called back and apologized I was told it was accepted this occurred in February, In March I receive a very threatening letter that looked like an 8th grade student prepared it It was from ************* there was no heading no signature The letter stated I was not to go to any State Farm Office or the police would be called (I live in ********* their office is in ************** 2.5 hours away) I never go into an office I do business by phone or online I'm trying to contact the agent or someone that can resolve this issue I like this insurance company and the staff there I even wrote a letter of apology and sent them to the agent and to their Corporate offices in ******** and Geogia They don't communicate with me and how can I fix a problem if they won't tell me what I can do to fix it
