    Horrible place to do business. My elderly friend asked me to accompany her to an 11:30 AM appointment to have new tires installed. We were told it would be about an hour and went to lunch. They said they would call us when it was ready. After nearly two hours she called the business and was told nothing had been done on the car because she had wheel locks on them. They never informed of that earlier and she had no idea she had them. We had to go the Lexus dealer to purchase a key. We took it back to the shop where the manager said it would take another hour and 15 minutes. While waiting in the lobby the gentleman seated next to us (who happened to be a friend of the manager) overheard our displeasure with the long wait. He informed the manager (*******************************) that in "his opinion" we were being rude for not being happy about the ordeal. Another hour transpired and when confronted as to why the car had still not been looked at, the manger told my disabled friend to take her keys and go. He said he was "told" she was being rude and would not provide the service. I was appalled when he called me afterward and raised his voice indicating it was all our fault. He would not even let me talk. I cannot believe this is the way they treat their customers. That man should not be in a customer-oriented business and the corporate offices have not even bothered to return my phone calls. Stay away from them!
