NO NO NO! Should not be accredited! I cannot believe they are even in business with the dishonesty they keep revealing. I bought the car 3 weeks ago and it is still in the shop getting "repairs". They tagged on an extra $4000+ for 4 items I do not want or need and charged $1,500 for a $30 GPS. They charged another $995.00 to scratch a number on the car. They DID NOT tell me up front about this charge. Apparently, anyone who buys a car there has to add on another $4,000 that is not advertised or explained. They say they will call and don't call. I actually went and stood in the service office and outlined every single thing I wanted them to do which I paid for. When I arrived at the appointed time, guy said I didn't have an appointment, EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. Please BBB. Warn others and take them off of your accreditation. It is a buyers beware situation. Really.... BEWARE!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience that an automatic response caused you , when you try to make an appointment by sending an email , our system automatically will respond to your email , that's why service appointments are made through service receptionist ( Live person ) who can verify and confirm the appointment time , however even if you don't have an appointment and arrive into our service department we always take care of our customers . This seems like you are not happy with your purchased vehicle deal and the service department is getting blamed for it .

They misunderstood. I MADE the appointment in person. Live. I got an email confirmation. THEN I went to my appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment. Nothing to do with the salespeople.

Read my review on rants and raves on Craigs list.
I'd give zero stars not even worth the 1 I have to give just like the $995 DOLLAR ANTI THEFT STICKER THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU AS A 1 OF 5 STUPID ACCESORIES
