Frazier Pest Control falsified charges to an account for services that were never rendered on the days of 6/7/22, 7/5/22, and 8/2/22 at $35 each. Nonpayment also resulted in a charge of $25. No serviceperson showed up to the property on those days per my Ring cameras at the front and back of my house. I received no invoice for service for those days. And I received no notification of any service rendered via text or phone call. Frazier Pest Control then sent me to the Coachella Valley Collection Service by selling false debt after zero attempts to collect the debt on from their end. The last email I received from the company was an invoice for service on 5/6/22. I believe that Frazier knowingly charged for services not rendered and then knowingly sold inflated and falsified debt to another business.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/28/2022

After looking into this matter this is what I found out.

Mr. ************ started service with my company on September 8, 2020 and has received monthly pest control every month since.  All invoices have been emailed to him on the same email address he gave us, and he pays from our invoice online with a credit card.  He changed credit cards in April 2022.  The dates in question 6/7/22, 7/5/22 and 8/2/22 after reviewing our vehicle tracking, I can see that my technician was on property at 11:05am on 6/7/22, 12:24pm on 7/5/22 and 1:21pm on 8/2/22.  My technician stated he leaves the service tag on the cactus pot at the front door and or the picnic table in the backyard.  Maybe having the exact time my technician was on property will help Mr. ************ verify he was on property.  I would be willing to wave the late fee if Mr. ************ would like to get caught up on his payments.  We would be happy to continue with his monthly pest control if he would like us to.  I hope this helps and I look forward to hearing from you.
