    On 05/27/22 I brought my 2022 Volvo xc60 Hybrid in because my air conditioner was not functioning. I was informed that a rock went through my grill and busted the condenser. I NEVER heard a rock hit grill or condenser, there was no proof. The grill was designed with large openings, which now I find VERY unsafe to drive as objects apparently can cause damage to the mechanics of the vehicle. Volvo prides their cars on safety...is this safe, not!
    They refused to cover the damage under warranty. it's all speculative, as I never heard anything hit the condenser. I have only 8K miles on this car, have paid for extended warranties. The dealership barely offered any financial support, after phoning them back and asking if they can source a reclaimed part they informed me that I could go on Costco's website and download a 15% off coupon, which I did. But this was not offered to me upfront.
