    Like others said, they charge $1 for report then begin charging you account $28 every month. They have caused me to cancel two credit cards and still they charge. Stay away from this company.

    This company is very shady. Similar to many others (see Trustpilot.com reviews), they said I would get a report for $1, but then charged me $28.95 a couple of days later, and another $28.95 about 28 days after that. I emailed them and got 3 separate email responses from two different company names - carhistory.online and dmvrecords.us.org. Two emails said they would refund two $28.95 payments, one email said they would refund one $28.95 payments.Thankfully, they did refund the two extra charges. I conclude that they are operating multiple websites under different names and making money from people who dont check or notice these extra charges. They are using multiple company names to try to keep the scam going, and likely entering the high rating reviews themselves in order to add to the smoke screen.

    This company advertises a report for a dollar, but doesn't make it plain that they are charging nearly $30 for a subscription. I looked at my account after the transaction and saw several transactions for a $1.00, only to get a fraud report on my statement. It was then I realized the deception. My card was closed down and the company reported. Perhaps I missed the fine print. I intend to go back to the site to see if I missed it. In any event, this company should be investigated for deceptive practices if indeed they are falsely advertising a deceptive service cost.
