I have had my Razor Scooter Prime 3 for well under a year and two parts have already broken and I'm the gentlest rider ever. I can't imagine why parts keep breaking and I have to contact razor to replace them with no help from Razor **************** They just me to buy and and pay for new stuff to fix it. So unhappy with my over $500 purchase. Very Very Sorry for My trust in their Company.

We are sorry to hear your Razor Prime 3 that you received in July of 22 has broken parts. I can see you reached out to our team in April '23 for a broken charger port however I do not see any other contact with **. If you have additional broken parts, you can find replacement parts online at www.razor.com, visit one of our service centers listed on our website or by calling our support team M- F  8 am to 5 pm pst at ************.

I purchased two Razor electric scooters for my 12 and 14 year old daughters for Christmas and they worked for approximately two months before they stopped functioning entirely. Neither one of them will hold a charge. The battery light is green but the scooters aren't charged and won't go. Yes, we followed the directions on the manual to make sure we didn't overcharge, we turned the scooters off when charging, etc. I have spent so much time and money trying to get these repaired and finally I'm throwing them in the trash. They're absolutely worthless.

One of the repair shops I went into said they see it ALL the time with these scooters. They think it has something to do with the battery and the charger voltage - they're both different voltages so the charger fries the batteries and the other components rendering the whole thing useless. What a waste of money! I will never buy a Razor again.

We are sorry to hear the batteries are not working properly. We have never heard of an issue with the charger effecting the battery as you described above if using the charger that came with the unit. Please reach out to our Support team M-F 8 am to 5 pm pst at XXX-XXX-XXXX for assistance in getting the scooters back on the move.
