    I paid online for two pairs of pants and its been two month and have not received them tried to email them three times and got no response

    The company that goes by the name, Static Denim, advertises and sells clothing specifically jeans with a decently big following on social media. I bought 2 pairs of pants almost 2 months ago expecting to receive my order within the first month after paying for express shipping. As soon as I placed the order I was sent the order number as well as the link to track my order through their website but the link took me to the ******* website saying that the domain was parked free. I began reading comments on their instagram page as well as throughout the internet with many unsatisfied customers complaining that they never received their order with some even waiting over a year. I attempted to reach out to the company through emails, messages and social media with even asking the owner but yet I never got a response. I attempted to dispute my order but my request was declined.

    I ordered jeans on September 10th 2023 never received them. I contacted the company numerous times through email and through social media and was told my jeans was being sent out. I still never received them and every time I reach out to the company, Im told that my order is being shipped out. I also asked for a refund numerous times and never got one.

    I paid for a product and never received the product. I emailed the customer service asking for updates on my order and never received any response from the company.
