    My daughter cancelled her subscription with this establishment on Feb 1 2023. Since then the have been charging her account through June 2023. I have called multiple times with zero resolution. They owe my daughter over $800. I went physically to talk to the manager who is very young and she apologized and said she cannot do refunds it has to be the owner. She let the owner know and I was told the owner would call me on 7/7. No call came kn so I called again and the manager said the owner was on the phone and would call me back. Still no call. This is horrible and I am one of many who have witnessed this. My fear is she will not refund my daughter. Terrible establishment. I will seek legal advice.

    was guaranteed unlimited classes at the cypress location. She then stopped offering morning classes a few days a week AND closed on Mondays. I sent two letters cancelling my membership, one in October and one in February, as well as emails, calls and told an instructor. Yet, she continued charging me. I am preparing to file suit and thought I'd try one last time or I will post on BBB and social media to run from this business.
