    I paid for six months of front-cover advertising with ***************** an 1Choice Media at two grocery locations in *************** and *******, **. The product was delivered two months late, completely missing the holiday season, and it has not been running for the entire six months. Issues were distributed to the grocery stores for MAYBE one month. I am in the process of filing a civil suit to reclaim my money. The customer service has been non-responsive.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The magazine is to be shipped WEEKLY for six months. The clock started in January, and there have been no magazine issues available for the past month at the two grocery store locations. Newspapers are now on the rack typically used for ****************** While they did ship in January, it is obvious that further issues have not been produced to maintain compliance with the six-month agreement. Magazines issues are supposed to be distributed until the end of June 2025. A refund is the only option at this juncture.

    We are working with the distributor to find an alternative distribution point for this magazine . On occasion the distribution points become unavailable. This contingency is clearly defined in the advertising sales agreement. We will continue to comply with the terms of the contract and work with the advertiser.

    I was sold advertisement that with out any delivery of such. They sold me magazine advertisement and has completely ripped me off. I can not get a hold of any employee to talk about when the magazine is going to come out.

    He has told us he is retracting his complaint which he now knows is in error. We expect that he will follow through with his promise as we will continue to promote his business.

    I was reached out by one of their salesman and he sold me for sure. I was promised page 2 that was a big deal for me and why I got a bigger ad etc. They put my ad page 2 from the back of the magazine very ********** wasnt in the paperwork of course. The salesman said the ad would be running in August and it didnt start running until September. They said that the magazine rack would be right when you walk into Whole Foods and it was not. When I went to look at the rack they werent even in the rack and it wasnt at 2 other locations that were promised. This had been weeks after I thought they were in the racks. The purposed TV ad has not happened that was promised in august as well. I tried to get my money back and they refused even though I didnt want to continue services with them. I understand I signed a contract but what I was signing for I didnt receive. Im a new owner and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I havent had a single customer from this advertisement and while I know there is no guarantee of that and I spent $1600 for nothing

    Took my payment and I looked in 3 of the 4 supermarkets every week for six months. Never saw the books. They insist they were distributed. They absolutely were not.

    I paid to have my ad placed in a journal that was supposed to be distributed to 5 different supermarkets. I visited all of those markets numerous times when the magazine was supposed to be displayed for distribution. I never saw the magazine once. I asked people at the supermarket and nobody recalls seeing it. I also called several businesses that advertised in the magazine and nobody I spoke to recalls seeing it either. Furthermore, I was promised a thirty second cable commercial and that was never completed either. Im pretty well convinced this is a scam.

    This company charged me a fortune to print and distribute Your Town's Best a custom publication that was supposed to feature my ad on the cover and a 1/2 page ad on the ***** cover. The magazines were to be distributed for 9 months through 3 local stores. I had been checking the stores and 3 months after they were supposed to be printed they were sent to me for review. The finance person who contacted me said she would extend my distribution another 3 months. I waited and waited and waited and waited and the magazines never showed up in any of the stores. The store managers knew nothing about the magazine or the company. I took photos every time i checked and was told they were delivered. ******** was going to get me the audit for after i asked 4 times. I have never received confirmation of delivery and today i went to the store again and again there are no Magazines... other magazines yes but none of mine. I also never got the ** advertising i was promised. Now the company is not even responding to me. I had suspected it was a scam and ******** convinced me it was not a scam... that their BBB rating was high - i notice its slipped down a grade since my first request. The other person who was in touch with me while collecting artwork and my money is ******. I have emails from both ****** and *** acknowledging that the magazine was printed late as a sample but neither can provide documentation that the delivery was ever made. Basically, i want my money back or i want was in my contract. Magazine delivered to the stores and ** ads. This is shameful.

    The ad was proofed and approved August 23 2022. This cover ad has been on display in the markets since the end of October.

    The TV ads are being produced.

    We will continue to provide an update to prove that all of the services in the sales agreement have been completed.
