On March 7, 2024. I traded my leased 2020 ************** to AutoLand, a car buying service. At that time I completed all of the paperwork necessary releasing me from all responsibilities/liabilities of the 2020 **************. At some point AutoLand did not provide the necessary documents to NMAC, with whom was financing my lease. When they did not receive my monthly payment for March 14, it was perceived to be 30 days late, and reported to each of the Credit Bureaus The annoying phone calls from NMAC soon followed. During this time my Dad was very ill and I needed to take him to the hospital on several occasions. The stress from a situation I did not cause was very overwhelming. After multiple phone calls on my part to Autoland, and research, the ** of the company got to the bottom of the situation, but not before my credit worthiness took a huge hit. I am still very upset about this whole situation. Please review supporting documents. AutoLand has taken full responsibility for these unfortunate events, however, we are still waiting to see if NMAC will have this negative impact to my score removed.

We are an Autobroker and have no record of this consumer purchasing a vehicle with Autoland. In addition we do not partner with any repair facilities or Mechanics. I believe Mr. ****** ******** has us confused with a different Autoland.

This is regarding an auto purchase I made through ************ a consultant at Autoland, LLC through the Schools First credit union at the *************** (******, **) branch. I purchased a 2019 Kia ******** LX FWD from the *************** in *********, ** on 6/7/2022 and they did not disclose any mechanical or exterior issues with the car at the time of purchase, but the A/C unit is broken and has been blowing hot air since the day I bought it and also there is visible paint damage on the car side mirror covers, that also was not disclosed to me. The dealer misrepresented the condition of the car and overcharged for a used car. The car should not be considered as "certified" if there were undisclosed issues with it. There is also visible paint damage on the car side mirror covers the day I purchased the car, that also was not disclosed to me. I was taken advantage of and overcharged for this damaged used vehicle, with a high $25,504.91 loan, a broken A/C, and damaged side mirror covers that indicates the car was damaged in a possible flood prior to sale. The **** value and suggested price was $23,885, yet I was charged much higher than that, also given that there are issues with the car. The Carfax vehicle history report shown to me was dishonest as well, as Sepas only mentioned two scratches on the car at the time of purchase. Sepas and the *************** dealership in ********* were dishonest to me about the vehicle history. The condition of the car was misrepresented and this is unlawful. The car should not be considered as "certified" if there were undisclosed issues with it. I question that the car was not in any collisions with significant damage and that the odometer has not been rolled back. I have already gone to the dealership twice now to have the A/C unit fixed, however, the issue is still not resolved and the A/C unit is still blowing hot air.
