    For the 2nd year in a row, I sent an email requesting a refund for an automatic renewal fee for this service that I haven't used since 2022. This time, the **************** Administrator was quite condescending. Saying, "it's not our fault that you didn't read the policy." THIS is how they "serve" and assist US Veterans!!!

    We had sent for two years in a row on how to cancel this with ******. I do not see when this was canceled with ******. If has been canceled in 2023 it would not have charged for 2024. 

    The image of the receipt that is shown here is for 2023. We cannot refund a charge that is a year old.

    I want the account deleted. I am not changing my mind and you have only gotten one email. Just add a way to easily delete accounts on the site and you won't get these complaints.

    ****, your email came in on Sunday when TWS admin is closed. It was taken care of first thing Monday morning. 

    We do not have automatic deletes, it has to come through me to give me a chance to see if there is anything I can help with before removing your Military legacy. Many have a stayed because of this customer service.

    I have searched our records by your name and email you provided. I can neither find a profile by the that email. And the only person by that name is in Army as Capt and his profile was deleted in late November. There was no payment subscription on the profile. 

    We have received no email from you that I can find requesting any type of refund.

    I have requested repeatedly to unsubscribe from this site and well as have my entire account deleted. I get zero response and continue to get this junk. The VA needs to not be supported an organization like this. I would like to be unsubscribed from all of their emails and my account deleted. I want to ensure they have none of my information on their site. It's frustrating when you feel you may need to seek legal assistance.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me although it shouldnt have come this far. It seems this is very common with what others have experienced as well.

    I would like for them to fix their website. I got an email that they're giving veterans free plaques for service but imagine that the website won't open. Which is definitely not a shocker but still it's kind of aggravating. I've been trying for 2 days to get on that website and all the sudden they're giving something away for free and surprise surprise It doesn't work.
