    ZERO STAR. BUYER BE ****!!!!!! This company takes your money and does not deliver as promised. Horrible company horrible service. Purchased item with 3 day shipping promise. Its been over a month now, no fans no money no refund. They tell me its shipping. Do not get fooled by the low prices. Not worth the savings. It will now cost me money to start lawsuit for refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am trying to return a fan that I can't get the holes for the screws to line up between the 3 parts of the fan. I sent the photos they requested and described the issue in detail. Their customer service response is to send me a picture of what the fan should look like and tell me to install it per the instructions. I have tried multiple times to explain that it isn't working per the instructions and the only response I get is to install per the instructions. I also called the number during their business hours but it goes straight to voicemail.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. We purchased two outdoor fans for our back porch. Neither one of the them worked! Our electrician worked on them for several hours. On Parrot Uncle's instructions, he directly wired them in, and only ONE fan made a terrible noise. They wanted videos, we sent them videos. They never responded. They DO NOT STAND behind their products at all!

    Ordered 3 fans and they were not what I needed. Process to return is not easy. They dont pick up the phone and I received a callback late in the evening from *** who didnt seem to understand the request. She sent an email stating that they can refund me $30 and I can keep the fans(they costed $130). These fans are increasingly cheap and flimsy. The blades seem to be made of very thin plastic. I am still trying to return. Will never buy from them again.

    Sent an email requesting a return label because the Parrot Uncle candlelabra candlesticks do not stand straight up. Tried to manually straighten but would not move (appear to be glued). Reply email from Eileen Gray requested pictures of flawed product. Took pictures and attached to their emailed. Their response was: "Thank you for contacting us I asked the technician, The candlestick can be straightened manually Sorry for the inconvenience. Best regards ***" So basically I can either have crooked candlesticks or broken candleticks. I am (still) requesting a return shipping label for the return of my order *********************************************** the amount of $91.91.

    Purchased a fan by this brand from a 3rd party retailer. Havent been able to actually use the fan because I have been trying to order a downrod for the fan from ParrotUncle for 3 months. I found out after that parrotuncle ceiling fans require a custom made downrod which is custom fabricated in ***** and then sent to you. Unfortunately after months of back and forth emails, they did send me a custom made downrod, with does not fit my model. They then said they would send me the correct one. Its been another month and they no longer respond and now Im stuck with a $300 fan I cannot use because no universal downrod fits, and I paid $70 for the downrod that doesnt fit my fan even though it was custom made. So frustrating! Do yourself a favor and dont buy anything from this company. Its clearly a ******* scam company.

    Received unusable damaged fan. Requested replacement or refund. After weeks of no response, I was offered a $20 compensation. Now Imm out $300 and have an unusable fan. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
