    Date of installation/Contract : 07/22/2024 Enpower installed a battery but never commissioned it since installation. Battery and Solar is not operating as designed. Made multiple attempts to contact installer and they only tell me that they will send someone out but never do. I have contacted them 4 times since I noticed the battery wasnt working. - 10/16/2024 Self identified an issue with my battery as it was not showing as commissioned in the enphase solar monitoring app. I called enphase to figure it out, they advise they do not see battery installation/working on their end. I was advised to contact installer to commission battery. -Emailed: ********************** 10/16/2024 with a response that they will send a contractor out -Called 10/23/2024 but got a VM and left a VM about my concern -Called 10/30/2024 Enphase which is the monitoring solar group and advised I was not getting the help I need with the installer. They called installer on a 3 way call then ******* answered and advised she will notify the installer to have someone reach out. 11/19/2024 - Still no responses from installer. Emailed installer, contacted the bank, contacted enphase and advise still no response from installer. Got the same answer I get all the time, that they will send someone out but nothing happens.
