    Flooding occurred in a property I was renting; The ******** ***** four square company, paid them with her insurance. Owner ***** stole my belongings, broke all my furniture, argued back and forth then he paid me ****** to justify his theft and damages. Now a year later in may of 2022 I received an email stating I owe almost ******** I was never contacted via ******************** nothing, neither was my landlord regarding this significant 'debt' that no-one was ever told or aware of till May of 2022 when a debt collector emailed me with a balance which I addressed immediately asking what its regarding. The lady stated I never answered my phone, never returned emails, or letters to my residence so their charging my credit within 30 days if I don't pay. She stated I needed to send my text messages, video footage and once I send her that then she would start a dispute claim. I never changed my number, I continued living at the residence and my email has been the same for over 8 years. This is complete fraud, I would love to see any signed paperwork what so ever as well as the insurance claim he had made to my ********* insurance as well. I think his company should be looked into because if this is occurring to me, who else is he trying to throw ******** charges 12 months after an occurrence without people having any knowledge what so ever of it. Im filing multiple fraud claims and have started seeked legal action.

    Hello,

    To whom it may concern my name is ***** ***** I am one of the owners here at Four Square Restoration. We were hired by the home owner for some water damage (that was caused by the tenant) due to a soft blockage. The home owner decided to go through there home insurance which only covers the property itself, not any contents that are owned by the tenant(****** ******). With that being said ****** had to file an insurance claim with his rental policy. Before we started the job ****** signed an *** ( authorization to per services) knowing if insurance does not cover he will be responsible. Out of the kindness of my heart I went ahead and started the job, bought the material and rented the storage (out of my pocket) . I did not get paid a dime and ended up paying him 2,ooo for items that he claims we ****** He did not let me see the so called broken items or give me a chance to "fix" anything.

    Now you tell me who is upside down here?!

    Included is the signed contract and the inventory of the work that was done. We never were compensated for any of the work that we performed. this includes labor materials used transportation and storage. To the contrary we paid out ******** for damages that the ******** states we ****** He never let us look at any of the "so called damages" He stated that he had insurance for his contents. However subsequently we found out he was not insured and that he would have to pay out of pocket. That is when we were notified that the client wanted his items returned. After we returned the items he claimed that many of his items were broken. We then asked him to show us the damages. He never showed us any of the items he claimed that broke. He also is stating that we ***** his items. This is a very serious *********** One that we take very seriously. We absolutely did not steal anything from this client or any other client. If he has proof of this so called ***** please provide that. These are false *********** that the client is making. Therefore we did send the claim for collection. At this time the ********* are ******** ***********
