  It's working for me. Just follow the protocol. Of course it won't work for everyone, nothing will. There are other factors with penile health it doesn't address. But for most guys, it's worth the investment.

  I have never heard of Launch Medical. I have never ordered anything from Launch Medical. I have no idea what it is they are even peddling, but yet they tried to put a fraudulant charge of $931.74 on my credit card.Be very, very careful with this company!

  I am only giving them 2 stars because the unit worked for 2 years then quit. They do not repair them. So, once it dies, you are out near to $900. They have no answer for you unless you have purchased a warranty plan. They are a SCAM company...PERIOD.

  I purchased the Phoenix device on December *********. They never sent a receipt for the purchase until I asked for one. I asked when it would be shipped and was told between the 22nd and 27th of December. On January 4th **** I still hadn't received the device and asked again when it would be shipped. They said they were doing the best they could, but it wouldn't be shipped for at least two more weeks! I asked to speak to a manager and was told, "oh no! The bosses don't talk on the phone!" I was also told someone would call. Well guess what!? No one called! This Launch Medical has done nothing but give me the runaround! I doubt very much that I'll ever receive anything from them but BS! They advertise all over social media but never say anything about delays or internal issues with the way the company is run! I'm going to contact the ************************ and file a complaint and suggest they treat this as a another internet scam!

  I purchased the Phoenix from Launch Medical and I am entirely pleased. I ordered online and the website is clear and concise with a helpful and immediate live chat service that answered my questions in minutes, even though I was contacting them well after normal business hours. It quite expensive but there was a 20% off sale and since buying the device I've noticed there seems to be a rolling series of sales at about 20% off. The product is a substantial medical device and it arrived in sturdy shipping carton with a discrete address label with the device inside packaged in a very high quality storage box. It contained everything I needed to get started. There are written instructions and a link to helpful online videos, all of which I watch. The videos were well-produced, frank, and were delivered in a very professional manner. It takes some getting used to the self-treatment process, but by the end of the first session I was confident I had done it correct. Although it's loud and somewhat awkward to held everything in place, it's ultimately very easy. For me, the first signs of improvement in ED appeared just hours after the first first treatment and then steadily became more prevalent as the first month of treatments progressed. At this point, I feel as though my ED is a thing of the past and quickly becoming a distant memory. I recommend this device and the company behind it.

  As the previous reviewer said, they've been stringing ********'s along for over two months now giving empty promises that orders will soon be filled. I placed an order 5/21/22 and it is now 7/30/22 and still nothing but lame placating emails telling us just to wait because they're going to raise the price. On the website it says that orders placed today will ship in mid-August, so they're continuing to mislead customers with no talk of fulfillment delays or FDA sign-off or whatever excuse will come next.
