      I just finished having a new HV** system installed to replace our outdated system from 1997. Beni gave us a fair quote, didn't oversell us, and gave us advice for what we needed if we chose a different company to go with. The day of the installation ******* showed up with his crew on time and were friendly. Drop cloths were put down and they wore shoe covers as not to track in dirt. Once the new system was installed as well as new duct work, ******* walked me through the house and showed each vent was working with the ** and Heater. Before they left the cleaned any insulation on the floor. A great experience, I highly recommend AF&A.

      These guys are unethical and have NO integrity when it comes to professionalism. It's hard to get in touch with the project manager, they overcharge you for PERMIT, they have no EXPERTISE in installing ************* They did not FILE FOR PERMIT before starting the work so they installed a unit that DOES NOT FIT OUR HOME. They didn't even MEASURE our space to see which unit might fit our home. Lastly, they don't even KNOW what unit would fit out home. They're stating our old system was so ancient and no manufactures make anything that's similar to this system so they don't know what they could replace it with to fit. It's their JOB to know what system could fit our home but the installation manager asked me to check out our NEIGHBOR'S to TELL Affordable **************************** which one so they could purchase the same one to fix this. It's ridiculous.

      We have spoken a few times and have done everything we agreed to by contract. We are very ethical and always do the right thing. Our management team has been consistently on the phone with you to ** and help make things right for you. We ordered a new cased coil that your HOA is demanding after we installed a coil. So sorry you feel this away and we are willing to do everything logically possible to satisfy you.

      I would highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air for any ** or heating service needs. When our ** needed replacing in the middle of the summer, and after reviewing a number of bids to fix, they stood out. While providing fair pricing, superior service, and incredible customer communication before, during and after the ** was installed, their attention to my needs as a client always took precedent. Our Project Manager, ********, was exceptional, as well as everyone else on the team picking up and taking care of any issues, concerns, or questions I may have had during the project. I will definitely use them again when needed! FIVE STARS!!!!

      I finally needed to replace Our ac unit at our home and called about 3 or 4 Places to get quotes, I was referred to ***** from a friend and got a quote from her, by far they were the best option, not only Cost but professionals as well, I wanted something done asap and they were able to fit me in, her team were very nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Good service great work.
