    I ordered 5 trees online from their website more that one month ago. I called them multiple times and finally they told me that they cant send because they dont have a certified to mail them and also they havent returned my money too

    Hi,

    I apologize for the late reply. I thought that we had already responded to this complaint but I can see that it was never sent. I'm very sorry about that. We resolved the issue with the customer about 2-3 weeks ago and everything is fine now. We use Quickbooks for our customer accounts and we were trying to process a refund for one of our customers and the system was not allowing the refund to go through. We contacted the Quickbooks support team to assist us with the issue and they told us that it was a company wide problem that needed to be corrected. Once we told the customer about the delay with processing his refund, he filed a complaint with the BBB. We reached out to the customer and we figured out a way to take care of the situation and everything is resolved now. Again, I apologize for the delayed reply.     Hi,On 09/20/23 I placed an order for Albaloo cherry (order: *****). My card was charged $159.99 on that day. On 20/27/23 I recieved English ******* instead of Albaloo cherry. I contacted Paradise Nursery on the same day (10/27/23) and was told to ship it back. I recieved shipping label on 11/14/23 and shipped it back ******* ************). I was told ******* cherry will be shipped January-February but I never recieved it. I sent an email on 03/19/24. I called on 04/12/24 and left a message. No response. On 04/20/24 I was able to reach a person from Paradise nursery and was promised that my order will be shipped in 2 weeks, but it wasnt. On 05/22/24 I sent an email asking to refund my money. No response. No refund. On 06/05/24 I was able to talk to a customer service and I was told he will look into it and will call me back. He didnt. I called again and this time talked to a lady who told me that she will issue a refund on the same day (06/05/24). I have not received a refund. Please return my money. Its been 9 months and I have not received my order and countless emails and phone calls did not resolve the issue.

    According to the system we use for payments, the offer to Refund the customer isn't showing, which indicates that the refund was already sent to the customer.  I went to check the option to refund on other payments to make sure it wasn't a system error, and all the ones I check had the option to refund.  I asked ****** (the customer in question), to check their bank statements for 5/29/24, which is what we have put down for when the refund was sent out and they told us they didn't see anything for that day or the week after.

    I am rejecting this response because: there is no refund. I now contacted my bank about this issue. I think Paradise Nurserys response is not serious. I do not know how their system that they use for payments works, but if there is no option for refund, that is not enough to claim that they issued refund. Maybe ( and its my guess) their system thinks that item was delivered. If you look into my complain they delivered wrong item and I was told to return, which I did and provided ***** number. Maybe they didnt put into their system that item was returned. I do not know. They should look into their bank account to see that refund went through and then find out what went wrong with their payment system. I looked. There is no refund. I contacted my bank.

    The response was very serious, I can only work with what the system (Authorize.net) shows me and the option to Refund was not available.  Offered to send a check instead, but based on the customer's response, they already contacted their bank and is handling it on their own.  Sorry it turned into such a long and grueling process, just working with the information I have available to me.

    I purchased a tree from a nursery in ********** on the 23 of April for $190 and I havent received confirmation of my purchase nor can I communicate with the company by phone or email to get any information for the past ten days. I have sent at least 25 emails and called twice as much but the companys website is still up and the phone and email are ineffective. Have I lost my money? Will they send the tree? ***********************************************
