  *****, ********* and ******* did my move and they were WONDERFUL!!! ***** led the team very well and all three were so nice, professional, worked quickly and took care of my property. I loved the comradery and spirit they all had, which I was delightfully pleased to see since it was hot and it's a hard job.*****, who helped me setup the job, was so nice, responsive and flexible. I will have to do another move soon, and without a doubt, will be calling this team back. The price was fair and even better with the cash discount option.Thank you team Precision!!

  Excellent customer service and communication from ***** in the office. The guys are awesome. They are hardworking, careful and respectful. I have used Precision twice and am very happy with them.

  Precision/BenHur comes through with flying colors again! I just used them for the fifth time and this time was the best (but every time theyve been great). ***** and his team were absolutely terrific, in every way. I had them drive two hours for big pick up, drive and drop off in the mountains, then continue back to ** during rush hour. They did it, and the big unloading, with professionalism and expertise. And ***** and his crew were as nice and could be. I will ask for him every time!

  I needed to move from an apt to my new house and had a wonderful experience with Precision Moving and Storage! They arrived on time and were super professional and polite the entire time. They padded my elevator, and even put floor protection at no extra cost. They worked with such care and attention to detail. I really felt like I was in great hands. Moving can be very stressful but Precison made me feel calm from the moment they arrived. Once we got to the house they unloaded all my things pretty quickly yet safely. I highly recommend Precision and will definitely be hiring them on my next move!

  Working with Precision Moving & Storage for the first time on 10/21/23, has been a pleasure for me and my husband. They were courteous, professional, hard-working, and on time. From my first initial contact with ***** in customer service, to working with these great guys, has been a God send. Everything went smoothly, and they went beyond our expectations. I want to thank the crew, ****, ********, and *******, they all did a superb job. Please contact precision, moving and storage for all your moving needs.They are cost efficient, and you wont regret it. I back them 100%.Thank you all!

  "Precision" is ANYTHING but. from the relatively NEW owner; **** to EVERY one of his staff, they are all liars and thieves.i was quoted and PROMISED a "professional" packing/moving team, except what "precision" sent were 3 very young and inexperienced guys, that did NOT take direction, cost me time and MORE $ and packed items i directly told them not to.in the middle of day 1 of packing, the 2 "helpers", were directly asking me for direction, since the "*******" was woefully inadequate.the next day, packing/moving/storing, was even MORE of an UNPROFESSIONAL nightmare and i was in constant contact with ****; who was the only office person i dealt with throughout. she MISQUOTED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY MOVE and even 2.5 years LATER, still has not addressed all the issues caused by their INEXPERIENCED crew.I have been dealing with the "owner", **** since october of 2021 and even though "precision" BREACHED OUR CONTRACT, beginning DAY 1, it still took him *****************************************************************STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS/SCAMMERS. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU, NOT RESPOND TO NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS AT A RESOLUTION AND THEN "CLAIM" THEY HELD AN AUCTION AND SELL ALL YOUR BELONGINGS.BUYER BE VERY AWARE.

  Definitely NOT ******************** Did not provide appropriate disclosures as required by state and a visual inspection quote. I found Precision Moving on YELP but was overall disappointed in my experience which goes to show you that you can't always trust reiews. Out of six moves I've done in the past - this was perhaps my worst experience. I did talk to the managers three times during the move and they tried to do some service recovery but the bottom line is I can't recommend them and I would never use them again. This really should be 2.5 stars but I'm rounding up because they did credit me for one hour of the double drive time.I know this is a tough job and the movers DID work hard. However, I do expect my belongs to be protected and not banged around. I found they were more concerned about expediency than care about my belongings and lacked consistency. Several times I saw and heard by boxes being banged around. While they wrapped many of my belongs, toward the end of the move, they only wrapped certain parts of furniture and not the entire piece, such as table legs and even the top of my vintage hall tree which now has a gash on it. As the move took place yesterday, I am waiting to file claims. Another issue I have is with the disclosures in advance. The guy doing intake is a sales guy - not an operations guy so he is incentivize to book the sale. You/customer are on your own in reading through emails and information on your own, from insurance, liability, double drive time and ala carte supplies. All the other movers I've used in the past have gone over this information with me over the phone prior to booking the move as I found out many of these disclosures are required 3 days in advance of move including a visual inspection by law/regulation. One of the managers actually argued with me saying that they provided me everything they needed??!!
