      Our group rented an RV from LuxeRV rentals ******************** (May 20-22nd) and instead they rented us a death trap. The RV was supposed to be in working order and clean, but we received an RV with no water, no working generator, and no propane. When our group arrived at the camp, we started to unpack and get ready for the evening, only to find out that the RV rented to us was filthy there was blood splatter in the shower, the beds were disgusting, and we were missing all of the additional items that were to be included in the RV(Sheets etc). The water pump just dumped water into the cabin, soaking all of our belongings. We went to turn on the air conditioning as it was 100+ degrees and soon realized that our generator did not work nor did we have propane to power the generator (the tank was supposed to be full). We went to check the propane fill door in hopes of getting the tank filled and having ac, and the door was sealed shut with self-tapping screws so we could not access or fill the tank. Our perishables went bad as temps inside the RV were around 90 during the day. We tried to call the rental agency to get this sorted out but we've come to learn that this is a common practice for them, baiting and switching people with dilapidated RVs and putting them in extremely dangerous and potentially life-threatening situations. We've sent them evidence of everything that occurred and they are no longer responding to any emails or voicemails and are refusing to take responsibility for any of their wrongdoing. They are scamming people left and right out of thousands of dollars.
