    Jerrell ***** Dunsworth, of Jerrell W. Dunsworth Company , **** in Chatsworth, **, is heartless, unethical and unprofessional. Recently my daughter met him and he expressed how difficult it had been for him to find office help. As it turns out, my daughter was looking for new employment. After reviewing her resume, he asked to meet with her and enthusiastically offered her the position. He was so impressed (and seemingly relieved to have finally found a candidate to fill the position) he asked her to expedite leaving her current position in order to start with his company- which she did (she left on good terms). She was to start her new position Monday, 03/27/23. On Saturday he had an employee (whom she had never met) ghost email her and leave a voicemail that the job was being filled by a former employee who wanted to return to the company. My daughter was in disbelief he would do such a thing. She was convinced a disgruntled employee was the source of the correspondence that she went to his office to attempt to talk with him. He was just arriving and when she approached him he completely dismissed her. No apology. No empathy for the position he put her in. His actions were nothing less than shameful. There should be penalties and consequences to prospective employers who behave in such an professional manner. Perhaps there is
