    Pre-ordered a Shirt and Hoodie from creator ink early 2024 an received both items late July 2024. The shirt was misrepresented and did not fit like advertised, but it was replaced. The hoodie however was the wrong size. I payed for and ordered a large but received a medium. I contacted creator ink and informed then about their mistake and sent pictures of the tag and hoodie as proof. They said they would replace it but would take some time. I agreed but after about 4 months with no update I contacted them again and was told they were still planning on replacing the hoodie. 2 more months go buy so I email them again and there response was that they no longer work with the people who designed the hoodie so they will not be replacing the hoodie they sold me, that I need to contact the people who designed the hoodie. After pointing out that THEY have my money NOT the ******* people they agreed to send a replacement but it would take a few days to ship. After 6 months it would now take a "little while" to ship. It's now been a month with out it being shipped. I have to now go to my bank and try to dispute a charge that's about a year old.

    I purchase a ****** Plush doll from their website, actually placed the order by phone. It was placed January 8, 2025. The site stated it was back order with a delivery date of February 25, 2025. I was ok with that. February 25 came and was gone before I reached back out. I reached out by email near the end of March. I was told that they were being shipped out at that moment and I should have gotten an email to that. I stated I hadn't gotten any emails regarding my order. As of today April 10, I haven't received any emails, tried calling as it seems the phone no one answers. I would like a definite delivery date or a refund.

    I ordered Plushies from Creator Ink on November 26th 2024 as a Pre-order stating the ****** Plushies would be sent out the beginning of February 2025. It's now April 2025 and I have reached out to Creator Ink by Text as well as email about not getting our plushies which their reply is there are Tariffs that are causing a delay in shipping. Another time in the beginning of March I emailed Creator Ink and they stated within two weeks my items should be shipped out and there will be an update sent that they were shipped which hasn't happened. My son is very upset and has been waiting for his Plushies patiently. My son saw the ad that stated the discount we would get by pre-ordering in November 2024 and the items would ship out in February 2025. The company is no help at all and I believe it's false advertisement as well as very inconvenient. I had seen problems in reviews with Creator Ink from years past so apparently it's an ongoing problem.
