      Difficult customer service and return policy on pillow inconsistent throughout site - a legal issue. Had to follow up multiple times with customer service and answer a bunch of questions to get a pillow return "approved", despite being well within their "try it free for 30 days policy". Then when the return was received by the company, they "were on an extended holiday" and forgot to refund my money for 11 more days until I inconveniently followed up with them. The Terms and Conditions on the site do not mention a $10 non-refundable shipping fee for returns on pillows, and suddenly when I went to make this return, the **************** team pointed to a different returns page, that mentions the fee and says "Read More in our Terms and Conditions page" - which is, of course, the page that conveniently does not mention any non-refundable shipping fees for pillows.Sketchy company, unreliable customer service. Would not trust again.

      The pillow has been returned and refunded at this time. While the pillow was returned over a holiday weekend, it did take a slightly longer timeframe to fully process the return, and we appreciate any patience during these times. Shipping fees are a service, and not subject to refund in the case of a return, as stated in our terms of service, but we happily provide return shipping labels at no additional fee. We're sorry the pillow didn't ultimately work out and for any delay in your refund, but thank you for working with our team.

      I like the ********* however, Im giving 1 star based on customer service. When I received my mattress in 2021, I notice a few coils pushing out on two sides. I had just had major surgery and wasnt able to follow up. Last year I contacted customer service and asked what could be done based on the manufacturers warranty. After seeing my pictures, they said they could replace it. Since it didnt seem to be affecting my comfort I thanked them and said I would hold off for the time being. At the advice of a mattress manufacturer, I contacted them last week to re-open the replacement. I went through half a dozen emails and at least as many new pictures (no change from the last ones), however, they decided the loose material that covers the bottom of the boxspring indicated the mattress was bulging through and not supported. Even after I sent a video showing it was just the material covering the bottom of the box that had loosened up, and all other pictures showed the boxspring to be completely solid as well as the mattress top (there was no 6 inch dip down-which is logically impossible), they denied my request. It was completely evident to me they did not want to replace my mattress from the beginning. ********* the pictures they asked for, and theyd say that wasnt enough so ********* more, and theyd say that wasnt enough, etcuntil they got one they could hang their flimsy excuse on to not honor the manufacturer warranty.At nearly $2000 for a queen ********* I would save my money and go elsewhere where they stand behind the quality of their craftsmanship. It was a complete *************************************** a year!
