      I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company on 9/25/24. When the shirts arrived, they were of a very poor quality - paper thin material for both shirts. One of the shirts had a tear in the sleeve. The logo was not placed properly on the second shirt. The website states that there is a 30-day return policy. Attempted to contact the company through their return portal on the website 3 times, and received no response/instructions. Seeking a refund.

      I have purchased from Design by Humans for several years--for T-shirts for my husband and me. The last purchase, received Oct 9 2023, contained a t-shirt of the wrong size--S when XXL was ordered. I've been using their internal return emails feature--there is no phone number or customer service available--for over a month, and I've been greeted with only silence. I've submitted three emails a week apart and I waited another week to submit complaints, hoping for a response. My husband is 6'5" and wears an XXL--for the length. He can't wear a size S. I want a refund.

      I have been trying for almost two weeks to get someone there to respond to my request for returning some shirts that are the wrong size. As of yet, I've been completely ignored. This company provides no other way to reach them other than via a webpage submission, despite touting a "live chat" that is nonexistent. No phone number....nothing. The "1-4 days response" is a total joke.

      Order was shipped on Aug 24 and was received on aug 27. Requested a refund due to sizes of the tees being smaller then previous purchases. Instructions was received from DBH for a return order on Aug 30. They received the return on Sept 11.       On 9/1/23, I ordered 2 t-shirts. They arrived very dull and not brightly colored as online. On 9/11/23 I filled out information on the Design by Humans website under refund. They sent me an automated email saying my request (#******) has been received and is being reviewed. I need to know the process for returns. On 9/14/23, I emailed them asking what is the process for refunds and asked them to respond to my online request. On 9/19/23, I called ************, pressed 0 for operator and their mailbox was full. Called again and pressed 2 for online customer service and it was a busy signal. I then called ************ and it was currently not set up to receive calls. I have no way of contacting this company. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. I do not want their inferior products. I want a full refund.

      On June 15th at 10:25AM I received an email confirmation from Design By Humans stating that the seven shirts I ordered from order number #******* will be shipped to my home via ***** 2 Day Shipping, tracking number ************. I received the order on June 19th and upon opening the package I noticed that every single shirt was damaged. I emailed Design By Humans that same day and was given an automated response that my refund request (#******) was submitted. On the website they state customers are entitled to refunds if the product they received is defective. To this day, June 23rd, 2023, I have not heard anything from the company about furthering my refund request, despite me sharing photographic evidence of the defective shirts. I have tried contacting them through email twice, calling their toll free customer service number and I even directly messaged them on social media. I spent $187.62 on this transaction and I am demanding a full refund

      I bought four T-shirts from this company. They varied in size and quality, and so I decided to return the four T-shirts for a refund. I contacted customer service, opened up a return, followed the steps, and returned all four shirts for a refund. The return was delivered on May 27, 2023. It is now June 22, 2023, and the refund hasn't been initiated. Furthermore, I have sent more than fifteen emails to customer service throughout the month, and I have received no response. Their customer service phone number is not functional anymore. Further to that, they say you cannot get a refund after ninety days, which is fast approaching. Here is the information:Order ******* Order date: May 15 Order return initiated: May 22 Order delivered at the return address: May 27 **** tracking: ********************** No further contact from customer service. I have sent fifteen-plus emails, opened different return receipts through the website, and nothing.

      Date of transaction: Order placed on 5/25/2023 Account/order/tracking number: Order number ******* Amount paid: $125 Has the business tried to resolve the problem?: No. Nature of dispute/details: I placed an order for 5 tee shirts. I only wish to keep 1 of the 5 tees. On 6/2 I contacted *** via their customer support email ************************************ in hopes to obtain a return label and begin the return process for the 4 items complying with ***'s return policy. I received a receipt confirmation number from *** (******), but unfortunately there was no follow up. On 6/7 I followed up via email, but again, there was no response on ***'s end.On 6/12 I proceeded to submit another inquiry and received my 2nd receipt confirmation number (******), but again no follow up.On 6/19 I submitted another request, receiving a third receipt confirmation number (******). Still no response from the *** team.Business commitment: ***'s customer service message prompt after completing each online request for refunds states they will contact you back within 3-4 business days. I have not been contacted once, except for receiving an auto message giving me a confirmation number.What do I want?:I wish to return the 4 items I do not want to keep and be refunded for $100 asap.
