      Drugged up sewage drivers, please do better background checks on the workers.

      We purchased a protection plan for interior and exterior plumbing services thru Cal Water/HomeServe and finally had to use this service today. The company HomeServe was scheduling for our service call was Accurate Plumbing. *****, at Accurate Plumbing, was calling me to schedule the visit before I was even off the phone with HomeServe!!! Now thats quick! Fortunately, ***** said she had plumbers there who just completed a job and were at lunch, so when they were done, they could come see me if I was OK with it. OK? I was ecstatic since I wasnt expecting them to have someone out until tomorrow. Thats the norm for this small town. Within 20 minutes, ************ arrive, and begin investigating the problem.They started in the kitchen, then move into the garage, where the washing machine is located, and snake both pipes. In spite of the fact that it seemed that the problem had been resolved, a test run revealed that the water in the kitchen was not draining properly. As a result, they climbed up on the roof and snaked it as well. Now the pipes are draining properly.As soon as they left, I called ***** at Accurate Plumbing and asked her to send out the same two if I ever needed their services again. **** and ***** were courteous, knowledgeable, tenacious, respectful, and friendly. This has been a great experience. Thank you.***********************
