    I believe this company to be fraudulent. They are RUDE, if you are thinking of renting thru **** think again they are rude, they will never answer your phone call after you move out. They will try all they can to keep your deposit. They will make up bogus charges to deduct from your deposits.I rented from them for 1- years. It was all good until I gave them 60 days notice intent to move out. After that they started being rude not answering my phone calls, texts, or messages in regards to my security deposit. They start to nitpick everything that was a wear and tear and expect to get a free upgrade of their property or something. The sketchy thing about this company is no one is ever at their office. The doors are always locked and you wont be able to reach anyone. I should've known that was a bad sign already to rent from them. If you are looking to rent, do not rent from them. You will regret it!

    I believe this company to be fraudulent and just collecting peoples $35 credit fees and collecting peoples private and personal and banking information I was to be the cosigner for our sons apartment in which he did not qualify for because his credit score did not meet their 600 minimum. They charged him $35 and me $35. My credit score is perfect 800. Additionally, I have an income of over *******. With No debt. There is no reason for a denial shady shady shady. Whats the point of collecting my information Im worried ! and will be monitoring my credit report Please investigate this company. This is Very suspicious .
