We have a clearly posted no solicitation sign by our door. Ohm solar representative, ****, rang our doorbell on 4/21/2025 at 6pm. We would like the resolution to be no more contact by Ohm solar.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our representative, ****, visiting the complainants residence on April 21, 2025, despite the presence of a clearly posted "No Solicitation" sign. This interaction does not reflect our companys standards or policies, and we take these concerns very seriously.
Please be assured that we have taken immediate steps to ensure no further contact is made with the complainant by Ohm Solar Solutions. Their address has been added to our internal "Do Not Contact" list, and we are reinforcing our protocols with our representatives to strictly respect signage and customer privacy moving forward.
We regret any disruption this visit may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I spoke with ******************* directly and she has put our address on a no knock list

and. This kind of rude and aggressive sales tactics is not indicative of a reputable company. I contacted OHMs listed telephone number, ************. The number goes to a voice mail that says This is ****, the assistant operations manager. I left a message for **** and asked that my address be removed from their sales list. **** never responded to my voice mail. I tried calling several other time and the number always goes to voicemail. I want OHM to remove my address from their sales list and stop sending rude, aggressive and questionable kids to our house. Our administrative team frequently updates our no-knock material and I see several sites were added this week on Monday 7/15, it's possible that your address could be one of those recently noted as not interested. That being said, I will relay your feedback directly to our sales team regarding the salesmen's attitude and ensure your issue is heard by the manager for the area. For months now, Ohm Solar Solutions has been flooding my neighborhood with extremely aggressive and confrontational door-to-door sales people. Even after attempting to be cordial and reasonable with their sales people, and explaining to them that I was not interested in purchasing their products or services, and after asking to be removed from their list of potential customers, they have persisted. It has gotten to the point that I will no longer answer my door when I see them.Today, 05-31-2024, their sales person crossed a line. While I was away from my home, one of their sales people began to repeatedly ring my doorbell. After not receiving an answer, the sales person elected to trespass into my backyard, where they began prowling around and looking into my garage. I attempted to contact Ohm Solar Solutions regarding the illegal and abhorrent behavior of their employee, but so far I have received zero communication from them. It is becoming increasingly obvious that as a company they do not care about the aggressive, confrontational, or illegal actions of their sales people. This behavior is unacceptable and it needs to stop!Business Response
