    My solar panels have not been functioning properly. They have been shutting off due to an issue with the initial installation. When they shut off, I take in power from PG&E only, increasing my PG&E bill. I have attempted numerous times to get in contact with my sales **** or other person in charge of coming to an agreement about a credit on my bill. I have been told each time that I would be contacted by **** but no call ever comes. I have also had to call repeatedly to get Premier Solar to fix the hardware as communicated by the makers of the solar panels. I was told that the hardware will be changed out but have not been told when that will take place making me think this fix will be like the phone call from ***************** received. I want my solar panels fixed as soon as possible so that I can save money on my PG&E bill as it was initially sold to me, and I want a credit on my bill equal to the amount of time my panels have not been functioning properly. The PG&E bills attached show a steady decline in energy exported due to the solar panels malfunctions; evidence to support my claims.

    Premier Solar promised certain functionality of my solar system that they have failed to deliver.I have independently researched the product that I need and I would like it installed immediately. Premier Solar has not been professional in returning my calls and text messages over the past several months. I have provided solutions to remedy the damages and complete my project. The project was started in June.
